Fortune Bay Casino’s 27th Anniversary Celebrations to Include Blackjack Events

Fortune Bay Resort Casino will celebrate its 27th anniversary by organizing a one-week event featuring blackjack tournaments, slots tournaments, outdoor concerts, cash draws, outdoor game shows, and many other activities. A $2,700 slots tournament will be held on Monday, the finals of which will be held on Tuesday. The week-long celebrations will close on October 27.
Since Fortune Bay Casino began as a humble bingo hall in 1986, it will hold a special event called Anniversary Bingo at 7:00 p.m. on October 23. The event will include a $5k Coverall Game and a total prize pool of over $14,000. A special Beat the Boss Blackjack Tournament will also be held on the same day.
The first two events of the anniversary celebrations with two concerts from the Blue Oyster Cult, the classic rock band widely acclaimed for numbers such as Godzilla and Burning for You.
The Game Show Extravaganza will be held on Oct 25, featuring a wide range of popular game shows. The celebrations will close with a blackjack tournament, which will begin at 4:00 p.m. on October 27. The anniversary cash draws will be held an hour later, during which $19,000 will be given away in prizes.
