Horseshoe Casino Wants Players to Be Lenient With Their Blackjack Dealers

May 24th, 2012 by Site Admin

The Horseshoe Casino in Cleveland has only opened recently and has been launched with several newly trained blackjack dealers and some inexperienced staff. As a result, the Horseshoe Casino is hoping that its players will be lenient and understanding towards its dealers.

It is quite likely that any professional blackjack players or poker players who visit the casino may find that the dealers test not only their playing skills but their patience. However, these are problems that many newly opened casinos are likely to face when they use new dealers.

Dan Gilbert, the owner of the Horseshoe Casino in Cleveland has even made a special appeal to the players to be a little lenient with the 600 new dealers. This is on account of the fact that the casino has hired most of its 600 blackjack dealers and table game dealers from the local area, most of whom are only recently trained and therefore inexperienced.

Whether, these untrained blackjack and table game dealers will allow for a little card counting and other tricks to go by unnoticed remains the question. According to Marcus Glover, the General Manager of the Horseshoe Casino, the dealer skills of accuracy and fast dealing will have to be gained through experience.

The casino has been in operation for less than a week and the crowds that are already being recorded show that the casino is likely to become very popular.
