This policy explains what personal data Blackjack Online (blackjackonline.net) collects, why, and what your rights are. It applies under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. You must be 18 or over to use this site.
Who is responsible for your data
Blackjack Online is part of the LCB network, run by Latest Casino Bonuses (LCB), https://lcb.org/. LCB is the controller of the personal data described here. Its published address is 6/F., Kimberley Plaza, 45-47 Kimberley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

What we collect and why
Server logs. Our web server (Apache) records your IP address, browser and user agent, the URLs you request, the referring page and the time of each request. We keep these logs for security and to run the site.
Approximate location. On each request, we work out your country or region from your IP address using a MaxMind GeoIP database on our server. We use this to show you casinos that are available in your region. It is not stored in a cookie or session.
Security. The Wordfence security plugin and a server firewall process IP addresses and request data to detect and block attacks. They may set security cookies for logged-in users. They do not set cookies for ordinary visitors.
Comments. Comments on the site are open. If you comment, you submit a name, an email address and, optionally, a website. We also store your IP address and user agent with the comment. If you choose to, WordPress may set cookies to remember your details for next time.
We do not send a newsletter, and visitors cannot create accounts on this site.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are read and how people arrive. Google Analytics only runs if you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you decline, or make no choice, no Google Analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
When it runs, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) and collects data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. Google may process this data outside the UK and EEA. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the bjo_consent cookie in your browser, which brings the banner back. Third-party resources
Our pages load some resources from other servers. When your browser fetches them, the server receives your IP address and standard request details. These are:
- Font Awesome (use.fontawesome.com), for icons;
- jQuery, from code.jquery.com;
- casino logos and icons from a1.lcb.org, LCB’s own image server;
- a Twitter badge image from twitter-badges.s3.amazonaws.com.
These providers have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Affiliate links and cookies
Casino links on this site are affiliate links. Some go straight to the casino and some use redirect links on onlineblackjack.com (/out/). After you click through, the casino and its affiliate programme may set their own cookies to track the referral. Their privacy policies apply from that point, and we recommend that you read them.
Our lawful bases
- Legitimate interests: for server logs, security measures and approximate location. We have a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, running it properly and showing relevant casinos. We believe this does not override your rights, given how little data is involved.
- Consent: for Google Analytics, and for the optional cookies that remember a commenter’s details. You can withdraw consent by clearing those cookies in your browser.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Web server logs are rotated daily and deleted automatically after 14 days. Comments, along with the details stored with them, remain until they are deleted.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- our hosting provider, which runs the server;
- the third-party providers listed above, which receive your IP address when your browser loads their resources;
- casinos and affiliate programmes, but only through your own choice to click a link to them.
International transfers
LCB is based in Hong Kong, so your data may be handled outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect it.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict how we use it;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it.
To use any of these rights, email support@latestcasinobonuses.com. We may need to confirm who you are first.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection supervisory authority in your own EU country. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Cookies
We only set analytics cookies if you accept them in our cookie banner, and we store your choice in a cookie named bjo_consent. The other cookies you may meet on this site are security cookies for logged-in users, optional comment-author cookies, and cookies set by casinos and affiliate programmes after you click through to them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of a casino’s site may then stop working.
Links to other sites
This site links to casinos and other websites, including our sister sites in the LCB network. We are not responsible for how those sites handle personal data, so please read their privacy policies before you give them any information.
Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects by automated means. Working out your approximate location to choose which casinos to list is the only automated step, and it affects only what you see on the page.
Children
This site is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Please also read our disclaimer, which explains that the site is for entertainment purposes only.
