Ex Blackjack Pro Lauren Kling Gives out Blackjack Tips

October 5th, 2010 by Site Admin

Lauren Kling, an ex blackjack player now turned poker pro, recently discussed her life and game play with CardPlayer.com and cited several blackjack tips for her fans.

Lauren Kling is both beautiful and brilliant and has mastered the games of blackjack and poker. Kling was first introduced to blackjack by her father who was a blackjack high roller who played in Las Vegas. Kling soon found she had an affinity for the game and card counting and often accompanied her father on his gambling trips using her older sister’s ID. “I’ve always been pretty good about keeping the count. Using my sister’s ID, I was able to make a lot of money just playing alongside my dad,” Kling stated.

Kling also claimed that her father who was a math geek at MIT was linked to the famous MIT blackjack team featured in the movie “21.” “My dad had a loose affiliation with the team. I’m not sure if he was asked to be a member or if he just had some friends on it, but he clearly knows what he’s doing when he sits down in the pit,” she said.

Kling also mentioned a few blackjack tips for players stating, “When the count is good, you want to be betting big. When the count is bad, you want to be betting small. It’s a pretty simple concept, but it takes a special kind of person to be able to keep a running count, let alone do it without being obvious.”
